On the Accessibility Conformance Report
A VPAT is self-attested — it is a vendor's own statement, signed by a person. Ours is backed by the test records behind it, and we will hand over those records alongside it. Treat any vendor's ACR as a claim to be checked, including ours.
Contracting
We contract as Shockwave Digital Advertising LLC. Shockwave Digital Compliance is a service of that entity, and every certification above is attached to it — so the name you verify in SAM and the SBA registry is the name on the agreement.
