Set-aside eligibility
Federal contracting officers may set procurements aside for SDVOSB firms, and may make sole-source awards under the applicable thresholds. Where that authority applies, it can shorten a process that would otherwise take months.

California DVBE participation
California agencies carry a 3% Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise participation goal, and many solicitations require bidders to meet it. We are a certified DVBE — approved 11 August 2026, current through 31 August 2028 — so work directed to us counts toward that goal. Certification ID 2054150, searchable at caleprocure.ca.gov.

Small-business status carries its own preference and simplified-acquisition paths at both state and local level, separate from the veteran designations.
